1. PUSH UP
Why it works
A push-up is a great compound exercise that not only works your chest but also your shoulder, back and core muscles.
2. BENCH PRESS
Why it works
This exercise works not only your chest muscles but triceps too. The unstable surface of a stability ball also works your core muscles and helps to improve balance and coordination.
3. TRICEP/CHAIR DIPS
Why it works
While the exercise does focus on your triceps, it is also perfect for improving chest muscle strength.
Dips are considered an upper-body pressing exercise that primarily builds bigger and stronger triceps, but they also hit the chest, shoulders, and even the back. In fact, Dips are one of the best exercises for developing overall upper-body strength and size.
4. DUMBBELL FLYES
Why it works
Flyes are different to a bench press because it is an isolated movement, which means you are using just one joint to work your muscle.
5. MEDICINE BALL PUSH-UP

Incorporating an uneven surface like the medicine ball help increase your balance and core stability.

How to get perkier breast
Let’s get started with this breast exercise:
- Being in a plank position with your head and neck neutral and your hands stacked under your shoulders. Make sure your lower back isn’t dropping down.
- Keeping your core tight, lift your right hand and right foot off the ground, and “step” a foot to the right. This is one rep.
- Rest for a second, reset, and move another foot to the right. Complete 10 repetitions to the right, then switch sides, and make your way back to the starting point, stepping with your left hand and left foot.
- Repeat three sets.
We all want perkier breasts. The most common cause of sagging breasts is simply the passage of time. Regardless of who you are or what you wear, time and gravity will cause your skin to become weaker and less elastic.
However, young women might experience sagging breasts as well. Aside from the passage of time, there are a number of additional reasons why sagging may occur:
- Multiple pregnancies cause the ligaments that support your breasts to stretch and droop as they get heavier to support your baby.
- Smoking causes the skin to lose its flexibility and strength.
- Larger, heavier breasts are more likely to sag over time.
- Extreme weight loss can drastically alter chest shape and breast appearance.
- Being overweight causes the skin and breast tissue to stretch and droop.
- Overexposure to the sun’s UV rays breaks down collagen and elastin.
- Menopause causes hormonal changes that affect skin elasticity.
- Extreme, high-intensity strenuous exercise can cause connective tissue to break down.

The claims surrounding olive oil’s breast-enhancing capabilities are likely related to some of its natural characteristics.
Olive oil is rich in polyphenols, which are plant-based substances that reduce inflammation. When applied to the skin, polyphenols may protect against premature aging, sun damage, and certain skin conditions such as acne.
While olive oil has many uses and benefits, breast enlargement isn’t one of them. While keeping skin moisturized may reduce the effects of aging, it won’t prevent gravity from pulling your breasts down over time.
